Freund Call and Call Center is compatible with all our IP products, but it can also be easily integrated with existing PBX solution and expanded or customized as needed.

There are three main components developed by Freund:
Freund Integra SIP Server that connects all IP / SIP products in a system.
Freund IP Audio Gateway that converts IP / SIP data to analog audio through a Stereo 3.5mm Jack
Freund call station with a call button, full duplex, built-in speaker and microphone and two built-in potential-free relays that can be controlled eg with DTMF tones.
Freund call and call system can be programmed to the following:
Send audio alert tones manually or controlled from a 3rd party system. Could possibly. connect to a fire alarm system or burglar alarm.
Users can record messages from all associated IP phones to all devices or groups
Periodic audio information can be programmed, such as schedule for bus or train stations, advertising information to shopping centers, information for parking spaces or bells for school
System can be connected to other Freund Call and Interface systems regardless of location location through a SIP-Trunk.
Messages can be recorded from a remote destination. Eg. School inspector can call all classes or specific groups from his landline or mobile home.
If a room / classroom call station is installed at the door, the system can send calls from a room / classroom to a predetermined number.
